3D Print Solutions at Booth #662

Today is the final day at the Defense Manufacturing Conference 2023, at the Music City Center, Nashville, TN. It's been an active week discussing 3D Print Solutions for government and the military!

DMC is the nation’s annual forum for enhancing and leveraging the efforts of leaders and policy makers across the defense manufacturing industrial base. Manufacturing subject matter experts from government, industry, and academia exchange information on defense manufacturing policies, strategic direction, best practices, funding opportunities, and innovations.

Partner solutions we are highlighting- include:

NCS is a leading seller of HP Jet Fusion solutions, focusing on the HP Jet Fusion 4200 and 5200 Industrial 3D printer series. NCS sells to the federal government in the continental U.S. NCS also addresses commercial, healthcare, universities and other government markets in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Roboze Specializes in Super Polymers and Composite Materials

Roboze, another valued 3D Print partner, is a global leader in offering 3D Printing solutions. NCS has a partnership with Roboze which allows NCS to address new markets in the United States where safety and reliability are paramount, such as the military, aerospace, industrial and maritime applications.

Roboze solutions use high temperature super polymers and performance composites materials for the creation of finished parts where failure is not an option.  Super polymers can replace metal parts because they are very strong and highly resistant to chemicals and corrosion, lightweight, and are electrically insulating.

nScrypt Is an NCS Partner

We also highlight how nScrypt’s exceptional precision and volume control solve a chronic weakness of 3D Printing: repeatability within tight tolerances. Drawing from the largest palette of commercially available materials, the SmartPump™ and nFD™ Material Extrusion tool heads are used to combine plastics, metals, ceramics, and composites in single builds with exceptional tolerance and control. Using nScrypt’s changeable pentips as small as 10 microns, smooth surfaces with fine features are achieved, without post-build smoothing.
