Update On NCS Technologies Customer Service

Posted by Katie Callahan on Mar 12, 2020 4:30:51 PM

As a result of the ongoing business disruptions related to the coronavirus pandemic, NCS Technologies, Inc. is alerting our customers to developing delays in return-to-service obligations.  The disruptions affecting service are varied. For instance, we are experiencing significant issues with global supply chains, causing our stock of spare parts to be significantly reduced.  At this time we do not have good visibility as to when this situation will improve. Here at home we see government and businesses scaling back their exposure to visitors and service providers. This affects our ability to have technicians arrive onsite for repairs at some locations.  We ask for your patience and understanding.  Please contact Customer Service with any issues or concerns.
