Virginia state employees may buy IT equipment through a contract administered by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), the Commonwealth's consolidated information technology organization. NCS Technologies participates as a reseller of IT equipment to Virginia state employees through the VITA contract for all VA public bodies, as defined by §2.2-4301 and referenced by § 2.2-4304 of the Code of Virginia.
